Thomas is an experienced trial attorney ready to fight for you.  Born on the south side of Chicago, he graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in economics before earning a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans.  

After graduating law school, he was admitted to the Maryland Bar and started working for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.  Thomas worked in the trenches of District and Circuit Courts and quickly established himself as a rising star in the organization.  Within three years was promoted to lead attorney for Dorchester county.  While in Maryland he honed his skills as a criminal trial attorney; litigating DUIs, drug offenses, white-collar crime, and serious felonies.

In 2013, Thomas and his wife moved back to her hometown of Greenville South Carolina.  He worked as a public defender in Greenwood, Laurens, and Greenville counties representing indigent clients accused of crimes ranging from minor traffic violations up to and including murder.  After nearly a decade in public service, he decided to open the Thomas J. Adducci Law Firm, LLC.

Thomas can offer the knowledge and experience that can only be gained from years in the courtroom handling hundreds of cases at a time.  He prides himself in keeping on the cutting edge of criminal defense practice.  Whether it’s advancing creative legal theories, finding new ways to attack forensic evidence, or utilizing technology to work more efficiently, Thomas Adducci is always pushing the envelope to get the best outcomes for his clients. He can help clients in both English and Russian.

When he’s away from the office, Thomas and his wife enjoy cooking, playing trivia, and keeping in shape though cycling and CrossFit.
